House Rules

* Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

* Maximum occupancy is 12 persons, day or night.

* No pets or animals of any kind are permitted on or in the premises.

* Locked closets and storage facilities are for owners use only. Do not attempt to enter these areas.

* Please remove shoes when indoors.

* All garbage must be bagged, tied and placed near the street before vacating at the end of your rental.

* No smoking inside the home. Please dispose of all butts in appropriate containers.

* Please do not rearrange furniture or re-configure any video / audio connections.

* Do not use any oils or bubble soap in the whirlpool tubs. It will damage the heating elements.

* Absolutely no fireworks on the premises at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS. Anyone setting off fireworks on the property will be evicted.

* On street parking is very limited and should be avoided. You cannot block the road at any time. Additional parking is available at the trailer storage area, marina and pool.

* Please park all trailers at the designated boat trailer area and in accordance with their guidelines. A trailer permit can be obtained at the Deerfield resort office or Deerfield marina.

* A boat ramp is available at the Deerfield marina for a small fee.

* Please, no wake in the cove. The cove can be tight on busy weekends, please be courteous of neighboring docks and boats.

* Use of anything on the premises including house, property and dock are at your and your guests own risk. It is the renters responsibility to explain these rules to their guests.
